"Front desk/check in was excellent. We were given suggestions and directions for food and fun nearby. We could walk to the concert venue and feel safe. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a late night snack at the bar onsite. Great choice for a girls night. "

"We had a great stay and this was our first time staying at a Tru. Robert, the front desk agent who checked me in, was super nice and you could tell he enjoys what he does. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was nice. "Pro: Convenient; Updated: Bed & pillows very comfortable Con: When checking in was told I could have saved a lot of money had I used the hotel site instead of Expedia. At that point it was too late to change anything, so I feel ripped off. If it was too late to make the change, they should not have said anything. Or I should have been given the lower rate. Room functionality. Not really a suite. Extra floor space with a huge shaded light over it. Miniscule sink and non-working coffee maker....

"This hotel is at the edge of the Westgate Mall. Within walking distance, you have many shopping options, movie, theaters, fantastic restaurants, and all the quick service food you would ever want. It is a travelers paradise."
