Cosy house with swimming pool, situated at the foot of a mountain pine forest.:
Cozy mountain house with pool in a Mediterranean pine forest environment with total privacy.



The house located at the foot of a mountain pine forest, is accessible via a forest trail in aceptable condition to drive through for approximately 1 mile from the road to Port Andratx S'Arracó.



The house is on two floors with large outdoor spaces, has terraces porch by the pool and spacious barbecue patio, garden area with swings, table tennis, volleyball court, and mountain bikes for biking along the forest ways in and around the whole property. The pool has dimensions of 7 x 3.5 m and a depth of between 1 and 2 metres.



Inside comprises with the living room with chimney, Dining room beside to the spacious modern kitchen also has a guest toilette with shower.



On the upper floor there are four double rooms distributed with following bed sizes; a double bed of 1.50x1.90 and six-bed of 90x1.90 individual.

There are also two bathrooms with large shower and one en-suite in the master bedroom.



'Sa Teia' a country house located less than 5 kilometres from the well known 'Puerto Andratx' and about 7km from Cala Blanca a beautiful and small beach nearby.

EXTRAS (Not included in the price to be paid on arrival):- Extra heating: 150€ per week Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Casa Miguel, es ist alle so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber auch schnell am Meer, beim Supermarkt oder in Restaurants.Ja, der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig aber wenn man Auto fahren kann, ist das kein Problem und er sorgt bestimmt nicht dafür, das ein SUV kaputt geht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr gut und durch die Onlineservices konnte man schon alles nötige, vor der Reise erledigen. Der Check-in mit der Besitzerin, war dank spanisch Kenntnissen kein Problem.Wir waren 10 Tage in dem Haus bei Temperaturen zwischen 33 und 37 Grad, zum Ende hatte es sich im Haus bis auf 30 Grad aufgewärmt und da es keine Klimaanlage besitzt, konnten die Schlafzimmer nur mit den vorhandenen Ventilatoren etwas abgekühlt werden.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, dann aber zu einer anderen Jahreszeit.

Excellent & relaxing stay in the middle of nature

Casa Miguel is very well maintained by the owners. They thought through every detail for a relaxing vacation. There are many beautiful places around the main house. You can play table tennis, darts, or relax in the very clean pool. We had a fantastic family vacation with with one baby and one toddler.

Das Gute zuerst: es war sehr ruhig, das wollten wir. Katastrophal war die Zufahrt, einen2 km lange Steinstrasse, die mit einem normalem PKW unpassierbar ist. Wir hatten einen neuen grossen SUV, der gab nach einem Tag den Geist auf. Wir borgten darauf hin den Zweiten, jede Fahrt war eine Herausforderung. Unglaublich war jedoch die Beschreibung der Zufahrt, wörtlich „ leichte Zufahrt“. Und dann war nicht einmal ein Rest von z.b. Kaffee, üblicherweise bleibt in den Häusern von den Vormietern sowas, für den ersten Tag. Und abgezähltes Toilettepapier. Und - Vermieterin kann weder Deutsch noch Englisch - Kommunikation unmöglich.

A nice clean hacienda in the forrest: "Quiet place - peaceful setting".

Very nice service from owners and property manager. The distance on the country/forrest access road (gravel road) from the main road between Port Andratx and S'arraco is however not 700 meter as described on Vrbo but according to our cars instruments 1,7 km. Furthermore the access road is at some places quite bumpy. It is however not more bumpy than it is possible to go down the road in a normal (also small) car. We did the journey many times a day in our standard rental car. This is the only point where the advert on Vrbo does not reflect the reality. This "shortage" in the description of the distance and condition of the access road is the reason for the two times four stars in "accuracy on the listing" and "location" in the our evaluation. It is however a well kept and very nice location with lots of activities which will please families with children.

Marvelous Finca

We had a great stay. The Finca has everything you can possibly think of and it's situated both in the middle of nowhere (no neighbors anywhere near) and close to Port Andratx (10 minutes drive including 5 mins drive on the dirt track from the Finca down to tarmac roads).

Peace and quiet away from it all

Immaculate villa, perfect for family holidays. The views are beautiful, and the villa itself has everything including fast WiFi! The swimming pool is crystal clear, the BBQ area is fantastic and there are so many places to sit and take in the views. The kids loved the table tennis, bikes, enormous swing and trampoline with more games provided. They have really thought of everything! The villa is beautifully finished inside and out with comfortable beds and artwork on every wall. My teenage daughter loved the walk-in wardrobes! The drive to the villa is about 0.5 miles long So you really feel as though you are away from the world, and the outside speakers on the villa mean you can make a lot of noise and not disturb anyone for miles! Lots of amazing wildlife too including wild goats, frogs and tortoises. Our hosts Marivel and Miguel were fantastic too. A truly Mallorquin experience and within easy reach of main roads and 5 minutes drive from Puerto Andratx. Very highly recommended!
