"No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. "

"From start to finish our stay was amazing. Derrick and Meredith were very helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous with so much to see and explore. We did rent the tritoon and had an amazing day on Norris Lake. We could not have asked for better hosts. The room was equipped with more than we needed. Hands down would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. "

"Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. "

"We enjoyed our time here for a short vacation. We are definitely looking forward to coming back."

"I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...

"I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. "

"We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. "

"So cute and cozy! Felt so comfortable upon enter. Plenty of towels, well stock toiletries. Every morning my husband would sit at watch the sun come ip over the lake. We celebrated our 34 year anniversary! It was simply the best. Great communication with owner. Will be returning!"

"This place was absolutely incredible! You can tell the owners have put lots of time and thought into making sure the stay is nothing short of amazing. The room themes are just so cool! The house was very clean, spacious, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole stay. "Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. "

"Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!"

"Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host!"
