"Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. Sleep was also difficult because the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window, allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the...

"we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again"

"Overall the property is nice enough for the reasonable price. However, the most important part of a hotel stay, the mattress, was in terrible shape. It had concave body grooves from use and age, and it smelled very musty. It was very difficult to get a good night of rest trying to sleep on that mattress. This is an easy fix- it's time to replace the worn out mattresses."

"We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!"

"We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast."

"No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. "

"It was nothing but a hassle. As soon as I got there they wanted $100 deposit to hold. I don't do deposits it's uncalled for. I don't mess up the rooms. Management was a little rude until I threw a fit and then they wavered the $100 fee. The room was completely outdated. It smelled air conditioning made weird noises. TV didn't work. Outlets didn't work. Plumbing was messed up. Place was a joke. Do not recommend. Do not stay at Days Inn"

"Positives: Summit at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Booking was easy no surprises. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet. We were right next to the elevator but didn't hear any mechanical noises. Bathroom has an exhaust fan. Hooray. (Why is that EVER optional!!!) Pool is open "seasonally" whatever that means. Disappointed. Breakfast is fine but scant. Would stay again. Avoid the mall next door it's sad."
