Welcome to our modern, sleek, and well designed 1BR, 1 bath retreat in downtown Anchorage! Designed with accessibility in mind, this cozy home offers convenience for all guests. Explore nearby restaurants, trails, and downtown attractions. Hassle-free parking and sidewalks ensure ease of access. The home is single level accessible, providing comfort for everyone. Your well-appointed getaway awaits in this charming 1BR haven!

All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

We do not refund any Credit Card Processing Fees associated with the reservation
-Pets upon approval only
- Guests must provide Government ID prior to finalizing reservation.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana/drugs at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. You WILL be charged for the use of an Ozone machine and the cost to launder any additional linens if you choose to smoke in the building.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Please ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.

Great stay

My partner and I stayed at Casa Rentals for a week while visiting Anchorage. It was a great location - easy to get to downtown and around the rest of the city. The house was clean and had great amenities. We especially loved having the washer and dryer! The only thing I would recommend is there should be some hooks in the bathroom to hang more towels. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. You can tell they care about their property and guests. If we come back to Anchorage we'll be staying at Casa Rentals again!

High Quality Accomodations

My wife and I had a great experience with this unit. It was well appointed and in a great location of Anchorage. A wonderful walking trail is two blocks away. Restaurants are nearby. But most of all, the unit is very nice with the latest appliances, tv, and bedding. We highly recommend this unit.

Adorable and quiet place

This property was absolutely perfect for me traveling as a solo individual. I loved the quiet location, close to downtown and lots of great trails. Also great proximity to Midtown. Quiet neighborhood, lots of pride of ownership. I hope to return!

Lovely Bungalow
