We are ready to host you today! We've instituted additional cleaning procedures to ensure a clean and welcoming apartment for your visit. We've cleaned hard surfaces with anti-bacterial sprays. Soft surfaces, furniture & throw pillows are treated with anti-bacterial fabric sprays.

Located next to popular Westchester Lagoon and The Coastal Trail, this apartment is also minutes from downtown by car, bike, or your feet! If you have a vehicle, you'll have a parking spot reserved just for you.

When you are away from home, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable while you visit our wonderful and adventurous city. We are committed to hosting you and providing a warm and welcoming home, whether you are here for fun, business, or both. As a born and raised Alaskan, nothing beats the beauty and winter recreation opportunities of Alaska!

This is a brand new "floor to ceiling" remodeled apartment that we finished in December 2019. We planned and designed the apartment for comfort of our guests. Our first vacation rental "Blocks from Downtown at Westchester" is also in the building and accommodates up to 4 guests and has an extra half bath for those guests who need a little more room.

Adventure around the city, or relax inside watching your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon by logging into your account. With a big screen smart TV, you and your companions have unlimited options.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, one full bath, and a washer and dryer in the unit. We've stocked our Keurig and Nespresso machine and stocked the refrigerator with complimentary bottled water.

New for May 2020, we've added a twin size bed to the second bedroom. The pull out sofa bed in the living room is a full size memory foam mattress. Comfortable for one person, or two people if you don't mind sharing a bed just a little narrower than a queen size bed.

You'll have the entire 900 Sq Ft apartment to yourself.

This is non-smoking/vaping property. For the comfort of our guests and residents, please do not smoke/vape in the apartment, on the deck, or at the top of the driveway.

The place was very clean. Dan is amazing and always responded in a timely manner any time I had questions. I would definitely go back and stay here again! Very close to nice walking trails.

The place was clean, everything was clean and comfortable, the master bed was really comfortable. Maybe I overlooked it, didn't realize the apartment was on the second floor when I booked this place for post-operation recovery, but it was an upper extremity thing so no big deal. Thin walls, so you can hear the neighbors, but no one was loud at late hours. Overall, a great little place to stay and will definitely see if it has availability if/when I get stuck in Anchorage again.

What a great place to stay! Completely immaculate! Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for six days. The hosts are generous with snacks and an entire coffee bar. Great location. Loved being right across from a trail and close to downtown. Please know you do climb a flight of stairs and the building has three other units (you can hear the upstairs neighbors moving around). The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this unit and would definitely stay here again! The owners do such an amazing job with keeping it SO clean and beautiful. Felt like we were at home. Very spacious for 2 travelers and great location near the Tony Knowles trail. Bed was super comfortable as well.

Great place to stay

Located in Spenard area with easy access to lots of amenities. One bedroom does only have a twin bed but our party of two couples made it work. There is a sofa bed. Beautifully decorated and up to date with appliances. Extremely clean and we appreciated that no shoes are to be worn in the apartment which indicates the love and care that this apartment has. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

This is a wonderful apartment tucked into a quiet area that is close to downtown (5 minute drive) and sits right next to a beautiful trail. Plenty of space to spread out. The apartment is modern, very clean and well maintained. It provided a perfect base camp for our 10-day adventure in the Anchorage area.

Great little place in Anchorage

The place was as advertised...a new renow, with a lot of thought put into the place...from the blackout curtains to the teas/coffee, water bottle and snacks. There was even a moose in the backyard when we arrived!

We stayed for 2 nights - there is a flight of stairs to the second floor where the apartment is located - we rented a car for the 2 days - apartment is wonderful - great location - clean - spacious - has everything you will need - also water - coffee - tea - hot chocolate - snacks - owner was great with communication - highly recommend - only suggestion would be for DECAF coffee - thanks so much we had a great stay!

Anchorage and beyond

Good location for easy access to downtown, the airport, parks, trails and the highway to explore beyond Anchorage. We used this property as a home base for day trips throughout the Anchorage and surrounding area. The host was responsive and the unit had many amenities and designated parking for ease of travel.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location close to downtown. Walk around the lagoon and right to the Coastal Trail.It was clean and well stocked. You have a Mountain View from the couch and kitchen. Note, this is a second floor unit so think about your luggage for the stairs (no elevator).I will definitely stay here again. Terrific experience!
