"Everything was either broken or didn’t work! The fridge worked but most shelves were missing. The oven had no shelves! The extractor fan was broken and didn’t work. Initially the aircon didn’t work - once fixed it was fine. The wi-fi login information was incorrect - I looked at the router label for the correct details. There were no plugs in the bath, basin or kitchen. The front door had one broken hinge and was hanging askew. Someone started with a hammer drill in the room above at 10.30 at...

"After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. "I checked in pretty late and the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I think it was Mrs Elli. So sweet and kind. Someone helped me get my bags thru the long path to my room. The next morning I was able to leave luggage at the front with well attended staff, felt very safe leaving my things while I finished exploring the town. Leonidas was kind enough to give several local recommendations and ideas for my next time in town. 10/10 recommend this hotel. Everyone was fantastic!"

"Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht.
Machte den Eindruck nach Masse.
Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich.
Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts!
Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben.
Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet..
Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend."
