They don’t accommodate their guests at all. Stayed for 2 nights and they made me pay for guest parking on the second day since I wasn’t staying there. Absolutely no leeway.

La ubicación es excelente!! La atención de Alma la recepcionista es increíble y súper amable. Nos llevaron cuna a la habitación para nuestro bebé. El cuarto tiene buen espacio y toallas limpias. Mini refri y baño muy cómodo. El único detalle es que no hay elevador para subir la carriola o maletas.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in three months. Clean, quiet, less than five minute walk to Disney. Will be staying here for future trips.

Del Sol Inn is very convenient to Disneyland, but it felt old and dumpy. There’s no elevator, so for the countless guests who come for Disney with small kids, there is no good way to get your stroller up to a second story room. Our room description mentioned a “separate sitting area,” but there was just a desk and office chair. The pillows were incredibly flat and the bedding didn’t breathe so I stayed hot all night despite the A/C being at full blast. Also the A/C wasn’t on when we arrived, so the room was sitting at over 80 degrees. It took hours to get it down to a comfortable temp. Finally, we ended up adding another night to our reservation, but since we booked through Expedia we had to do the same again rather than have the concierge modify our existing booking. That wasn’t a huge deal, but when we got back from the parks on the extra night, our room key didn’t work. So I stood outside our room with our exhausted children while my husband went to the front desk to get our key reactivated. Pros: the valet staff were very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Del Sol Inn for a trip to Disneyland with my father. He's 75 so we wanted something SUPER close and convenient, and this definitely fit the bill. It was comfortable, easy to get to, clean and pretty quiet. DOWNSIDES: I drive a Tesla, and while they have chargers, they did not have Tesla adapters. I didn't have mine in the car (stupid me, I know), but just know if you don't have an adapter you won't be able to charge, which makes the cost for parking not as good. The other issue is we got a second story room and there are no elevators. For my dad, I would have liked to have had easier access to the room or an elevator at least. But these are SMALL downsides. I would definitley stay here again while visiting the park!

We were surprised to find that parking is not included in the price of the accommodations. When you approach the property there is a valet, and when we elected to self park staff told us the fee remains regardless. The outlets in the room are very loose, so beware if your charging blocks are heavy- your electronics will not charge. Bedding consists of a small blanket sandwiched between two sheets. WiFi is free but intermittently connected to the internet. The staff were nice, the room was clean, and you can’t beat the proximity to Disneyland.

I wanted to find a place that was across the street from Disneyland. Del Sol Inn Anaheim Resort was that place to stay! Perfect to walk right over to Disneyland, staff at the Inn were pleasant & friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and had all the amenities as described on their website. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was due to the fact that I had to pay for parking while I stayed at the Inn. It was $30 plus tax.

This was our first stay with Del Sol. We loved the bunk room that comfortably fit our family of 6. It was an easy walk into Disney.

Front staff was not very friendly upon arrival. Parking was very limited and had to wait to get car out since they were double parked. Rooms were clean and convenient. Short walk to the park made it worth it. People above us were very noisy at 4 am heavy footed.

After the first day of no housekeeping, I called down tot he front desk to inquire. They told me that they were only doing "light" housekeeping for multinight stays. Fine. But they had failed to remove garbage, replace towels, or make the bed that first day. After I called they sent someone up with a stack of towels, but didn't take the old ones away. The third day they swapped the towels but failed to take the garbage. And on none of the days did they make the bed even "lightly." We were out of the room from 8am-2pm each day - there was no excuse. The AC in the room had a short off-timer so we returned to a stuffy, swampy room each afternoon. And it was so loud that we couldn't run it at night, even on low-fan. Required Valet parking was not noted anywhere, it created an awkward "unload everything you need for the vacation here at the front of the building" moment. The valet attendants wore too much scent and the car smelled of their accumulated colognes upon retrieving it. It is very close to Disneyland, but we'll stay elsewhere in the future.

I have stayed here many times before and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Excellent location for walking to Disney, and several walkable food options nearby. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes, but the valet staff makes it much easier. Good value for the price

Couldn’t beat the location for access to both parks. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Very limited parking spaces for EVC’s so we had to bring it inside the room which took up space. Overall a good experience.

Parking here is $35 a night, even if you’re a paying hotel guest. Also, they call their service “valet” but you don’t have a choice because they don’t have a parking spot for every hotel room. They have no elevator, so if you need to access your vehicle to put heavier items in versus walking upstairs to your room with them, you’re out of luck, unless you want to wait for them to move everyone’s cars around so you can access your own. This was such an incredible inconvenience and this issue alone made me regret ever booking a stay here. How does a hotel not have enough parking for every room to have at least one parking spot? And then on top of that, you’re still going to charge $35 a night for us to NOT be able to access our vehicle? On top of all of that, the bathroom was disgusting—hair on the floor, hair on the toilets, hair on the clean folded towels. I didn’t even shower or spend any more time in the bathroom than was necessary. The wifi was slow and I had to use my own hotspot the whole time so our ipad would connect. The only—and I mean ONLY—decent thing about staying here is the proximity to the park. That is it. The staff was friendly but it’s just not enough to look past how inconvenient it was to not have access to our vehicle and still be charged every night for it. I’m trying to find nice things to say to sort of balance this review out but I just can’t. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone and I would NEVER pay to be a guest here again.
