Cozy Georgetown Lakefront Cabin with Private Dock that Sleeps 6-8

We finally built the guest house at our Georgetown lakefront land just in time for our teenagers to not want to spend every weekend there, so we'd love to share it with you! A property built for fun, there is a large deck overlooking the lake, a dock great for fishing and water activities, and a gazebo with a picnic table and firepit.

A unique property with privacy, lakefront access, and fantastic views, the Georgetown Lake Retreat Boathouse is not ideal for families with small children that would stay in the lower level separately as the main and lower levels are not connected with stairs.

There are three separate spaces with exterior access:
-The main level features an open concept living room and kitchen, primary bedroom, full bathroom, and large deck overlooking the lake.
-The lower level features the "hotel room" with two queen beds, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
-The lower level also features the "game room"--a garage space converted to include a leather king-sized sleeper sofa, poker table for 6, and a utility room with urinal + sink

Down at the waterfront we have a dock with bench and a gazebo with fire pit and picnic table for fun from morning to evening.

Please note that the main level and lower levels are not connected with stairs, and in the winter the walk down to the lower level, the gazebo, and lake can be snowy and slippery. Also note that parking is very limited. There is space for one car parallel parked against the house and one on an incline in front of the storage shed across the driveway. Do not block access to the neighbor’s property at any time. There are no boats, campers or trailers allowed, and no way to turn trailers around at the property. Boats can be parked at the Piney boat launch nearby.
