"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
During my stay, I had a minor accident that was unexpected and honestly left me feeling a little shaken. What really stood out to me was how quickly the staff noticed that I needed help and how genuinely concerned they were. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Their kindness and personal attention meant a lot to me, especially...

"The room was big enough, the separation between the bathroom and bedroom was a bit strange with a movable door. Also in the bathroom there was one door which you can slide to the left or right. Closing off either the toilet or the shower. We thought this an interesting idea, so to speak.
Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and something to like for everyone.
Swimming pool and gym are also in good condition, the gym has a few training units and loose dumbells.
Kids club is very...
