"We booked 5 nights and it was + 40°C outside, the room had AC units but they where not working, we could not stay for more then one night since it was too hot in the room. When we told the staff we where checking out early because of extreme heat in the room we got a big attitude from the staff. ..."

"Veldig fint hotell, rent og god størrelse på rommet. Bra wifi, aircondition og frokost. Fin avstand til gamlebyen Colmar, som er ett fantastisk sted. Eneste minus er at vi opplevde ene dagen da vi kom til frokost kl 9.30, at alle bordene ble ryddet og klargjort til neste måltid. Det ble også støvesugd ..."

"Der Empfang war ein wenig mühsame. Der junge Mann sparch kaum Deutsch und mässig Englisch. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht allerdings da kurzentschlossen verlängert in zwei Buchungen. das hat ihn leider überfordert. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Bett bequem.
