"As always Carol and James went above and beyond to make our stay truly perfect. The apartment was clean and cozy as always, stocked with plenty of water for coffee, sweet and salty snacks, and a few extras to make our days special. We had a small plumbing concern during our trip and James was checking the sink and organizing repair within minutes of us contacting him on our way out for the day. We were unable to raise the temp above 71 (which is fine for most of us) but when older person staying, maybe up to 73 would work much better. "
