"This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. "The cabin and property are beautiful. Everything in the house is as appears in the pictures. We loved the space for our large family with 11 adults and 10 children. Lots of room for everyone. The communication with the owners and manager was perfect. Lots of things to do in this area but we spent 2 of our days at the cabin Loved it. "My wife and I stayed 3 days mid-week at Canopy Blue Treehouse and enjoyed the quiet nature all around us, right down to the barred owl out back in the evening. There was occasional vehicle noise coming up the gravel road, but it wasn't frequent. We loved the beauty of the cabin and the awesome, long-range view from the decks and windows. "We truly enjoyed our time in this home and it worked perfectly for our family get together. There were 20 of us and we all fit all throughout the home with no issues. Our only complaint was that the lighting in the main living area was very dark since there is wood on walls. So the kitchen, living room, and loft area had poor lighting at night. Everything else was great. The kids loved the creek and game room. Adults loved the big table and hot tub! "
