"Clean room, friendly staff "

"I don’t have pets nor did I see any on site. The room was 9/10 clean, when I removed the sheets and pillowcases off the bed before checking out there was wood chips or something under the cover, but other then that everything was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was always friendly as well, although the phone in the hotel room did not (forgot to tell staff) as I used my phone. When we arrived in our room I had to call them for the wifi password, previous hotels we visited had a piece...

"Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...
