"Our family stayed here during a hot weekend in July and really enjoyed this house. Plenty of room, clean, easy check-in, and conveniently located to other properties other family members had reserved. We would stay here again and recommend it ."

"This place was fantastic. We came to Ames/Des Moines for the National Senior Games. The location is terrific. We could make it to the Iowa State Campus in minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The home is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room, the kitchen is really well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. It was nice to be able to use the garage. Kevin was very available and had excellent communication with us. I would highly recommend staying...

"Great rental and amazing communication. Sofa is sleepable, but only for smaller people. The kitchen was stocked with the proper cookware for cooking in the apartment. I really great stay."

"Magnificent Property! Great attention to detail by the host. Wonderful extras included from no cleaning fee to make your own breakfast to goodies to area information to games and so much more! A great thing was no air fresheners and the great museum like quality of the decorations and descriptions of the art."

"Exceptional accomodation. We had a 3-day family retreat with 8 adults & 2 children. The 4 bedrooms & 3 complete bathrooms were perfect for us. It was clean & comfortable - couldn't have asked for more."

"Check in process was easy. Communication was really good. Better than most as he usually responded right away. Pool is clean and beautiful. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Surroundings give a pleasant summer camp feel. Lots to explore outside. Our grandaughters who are nine and five loved the trampoline, toy room and pool. We would go back again! "
