"The fact that this hotel is right on the beach is awesome! The staff was very helpful. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The a/c took a long time to cool, in fact it didn’t cool until nighttime. I will stay again due to the location and the staff but only if they do a lot of repairs on the property."

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"Arrinving you can see the lackof maintenanse in the building. In the room air is wierd, start to cool and goes to tep set but to start again to cool down it let the room warm a little and start again. Mattress is very soft so no support and pillows the same. Breakfast is very but very simple, one fruit and some bagels milk and cereal. Did not see the SPARK"

"Their system was down from a storm when I arrived to check in, so they recorded my check in on paper. My key didn’t work so they upgraded to a bigger room. However, the next day I was locked out of my room because the previous shift didn’t notify them that I was checked in, so I had to go back and get a new key, very frustrating as I had a prepaid reservation. They didn’t bother to clean my room that day, just said “we saw your stuff in the room but don’t have you in our records”, I literally...
