"Absolutely perfect! Condo was exceptionally clean and just right size for the two of us. All the comforts of home that anyone would want or need. Location was great as well with an easy walk down and back to the beach each day. This was our second time staying in this condo, and if we come back to Amelia Island next year, we will certainly book this property for a third time. "

"This house served our purposes well for a three-generation family gathering. Large for comfortably accommodating us; convenient to beach, golf, grocery store, and other attractions, The pool was a winner for the little children."

"This is such a great place to stay for a quick weekend away. The cottage was precious and really clean. It is the perfect location and I will certainly be staying there the next time I visit the area!"

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been...

"If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in...

"The ocean view from this condo could not be more amazing! We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this host was absolutely the best ever . If it was possible to give a place and the host a 10 star review, we would. The kitchen was well furnished. Easy walking distance to 2 great restaurants - Sliders and Salt Life Food Shack. We will definitely be back "

"This house is exactly what we imagine a beach house to be. The location and beach were perfect, not crowded. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and American Beach and may not be our last."

"Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place!"

"Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!"
