Agence Cocoonr offers you L'Almaé, in Ambon, a new contemporary-style house less than a kilometre from the beach, decorated with care and featuring a heated swimming pool. With a surface area of 135 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely, bright 40 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, including 1 master suite on the ground floor, and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. The house is located in a residential development, where respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood is essential. There is a landscaped, enclosed garden of around 400 m², a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. Facing due south, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automatic awning. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it!

It's the ideal holiday spot for a peaceful family break! All you have to do is enjoy your holiday!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite overlooking the garden, with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and storage space
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: two 80cm single beds that can be joined together (twin beds)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 6x3 m with secure automatic cover. Open from 1 June to the end of September
- A lovely terrace with awning
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Ambon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
