Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Amboise! This modern space offers the perfect blend of contemporary comfort and quality amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright and airy space. The living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, is the ideal place to relax after a day of discoveries. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort.

The first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds and has a private bathroom. Upstairs, a beautiful master suite awaits you with a king-size bed where you can rest peacefully. This room also has its own private bathroom.

Located in the city center, this apartment has a rare advantage: a private parking space!

This central location will allow you to fully enjoy the charms of Amboise: from visits to historic castles to a relaxing stroll along the Loire, everything is at your fingertips.

You have access to the entire accommodation. It is located on the second and third floors of a secure building. Please note that the staircase is narrow and does not have a protective barrier. Access is through the pedestrian street, and a private parking space is available behind the building. Check-in to the rental is done autonomously via a key box for added convenience.

Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.

Check-ins are done autonomously from 4:00 PM using a key box on-site.
Check-outs are at a maximum by 10:00 AM.

Amboise train station is located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes on foot).
Free and private parking space behind the accommodation in a closed courtyard.

Non-smoking accommodation. Our animal friends are not allowed on the property :) The accommodation is accessible via stairs, not suitable for very young children and people with reduced mobility. No parties allowed. Please respect the premises and common areas.

Loire Valley Stay

We loved staying at this apartment. Its location was ideal and it had been recently renovated. The owners were very responsive with us. A huge plus was the parking spot that’s offered with the listing, you just have to finesse your parallel parking! This apartment is not convenient for those that have a difficult time with stairs. There were 3 sets of steps that were very steep, so please plan accordingly. Taking luggage up and down the stairs was an exhausting adventure. Something I wasn’t used to was that there’s one toilet for the entire apartment. It’s in a room by itself, you need to wash your hands outside. We had a great time and will miss our home away from home!

Communication automatique

Aucune communication avec le gérant si ce n’est des message automatique en Anglais ( dommage pour les non bilingue … ) Communication 100% dématérialisée. Pour une location de ce type cela enlève une qualité de prestation. En ce qui concerne l’emplacement et l’équipent du gîte tout est vraiment bien.
