"Good hotel. Rooms a bit on the smaller side, but appreciate the kitchenette. Otherwise, location is convenient to the Mall of America. Rooms are clean and simply modern. Good sized tv and lots of plugs. Breakfast had an omelette bar, great coffee, and continental offerings. Would have preferred single-serving yoghurt instead of sharing tubs, but that’s a small quibble. Good parking. Did not get to use pool or fitness center but saw a lot of families enjoying them."

"Our toilet backed up almost immediately after arriving and flooded the entire bathroom and onto the room carpet. We were switched rooms quickly but it was very inconvenient to unpack our family, and repack to move rooms around 1am."

"We were told that we would have an express clean on the third day and a full clean on the fifth day. We were there for eight days and I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get clean towels. At that time our bed was made and trash was emptied. That was the only time anything was done. No trash emptied, no clean glasses, no clean sheets. I know that help is a problem but at a hotel as nice as the Hyatt House, there should be better service. Other than that we had a good stay in Minneapolis....

They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression....

"Nice, modern, clean room with nice hot water and guest regulated room temperature thermostat. Very friendly and responsive shuttle drivers late into the night and early mornings. Bar open until 12 midnight. To-go foods to warm up when the kitchen is closed. Great stay!"
