Jardins Botànics d'Amarillo

The maintenance man walked into my room while i was still there without knocking. I even had the privacy notice up. No knock no nothing he just unlocked the room and tried coming in.

I booked this room for my son. He said it was a great experience and would stay there again.

The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the TV to work, but the manager came to the room with new batteries for the remote. Although the new batteries did not help, I thought she was very kind to try to help. The WiFi was iffy as well. All in all, I found the staff welcoming and thoughtful.
