"Great location, excellent facilities. Staff very mixed - some incredible and some terrible. Cumulative number of issues but dealt with by a member of the management team after getting fed up of a number of things, Including: Dog mess left for > 24 hours after reporting it. Staff member laughed and clearly did nothing after reporting it. Not our dog. Had to call 4 times to get our daughters bed made up in the room. Despite being on the booking months in advance. Asked for an ice cream for...

"Clean rooms. On the smaller side, so one full room barely comfortably seats 4 ppl. the pool was nice. the staff was very nice. comes with an outdoor seating area and a grill and a fire pit."

"Hotel staff were more than a accommodating, the rooms were unique ,warm and welcoming, Voss waters and expresso in the room . Bedding was marvelous and the bright walk-in glass showers were clean and spacious. The hotel is Steps away from delicious food options while youe neighborhood Starbucks and CVS around the corner. Definitely would stay again ! Amazing place. Full of charm you would expect from a 400 year old property."

"The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed for 2 nights in a studio , unit was so adorable updated comfortable had all the necessities you need, loved drip coffee maker not Keurig which tastes terrible,small frig no microwave, pool & beach access at ur feet , great location to town. No TV so bring iPad Wi-Fi for streaming. Will definitely stay again."

"This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon."
