"The only thing I would complain about is that I am an older Blue Collar man. I'm sure the average person would not have this trouble, but, I did not know how to get into the "CHAT" through my email confirmation. I was expecting a regular email to be sent to me as I was informed " Day Of" with the lock Box code# I had not gotten the WiFi password yet so I had to go back down to the casino and call my wife to help me retrieve the Code# from the reservation format.
