"Lack lustre breakfast - the bread was stale"

"Extremely hot during visit and hotel has no air con. Therefore difficult to sleep as did not cool down at all. The hotel is on a main road just off the motorway. It’s 20km from berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. It has no real amenities close by except supermarkets and a gas station. We ate in Berchtesgaden as it had life and better option. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay."

From the first night, a strong and unpleasant odour emanated from the wash basin drain in our bathroom. We reported it immediately. Housekeeping attended the following morning and poured a chemical down the drain — the smell reduced briefly but returned in full by the second night. When we reported it again to the front desk...

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."

The lounge area is completely locked up before 9pm so there are no communal areas after then. Not sure if any staff remain in the premises overnight?"

"one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed, you do need a car as it is 20 minutes from Salzburg, so if you are touring with car rental perfect place. The lake setting with breakfast included in the stunning dining room is incredible. not cheap but you get what you pay for."

"원래는 프라하에서 플리트 비체 가면서 하루 쉬는곳으로 하여 머물렀는데 호텔 시설도 그렇고 아침식사도 너무 좋은게 하루 더 머물지 않은것이 후회된다. 아침밥먹고 아래 호수까지 내려가서 산책을 하였는데 수백년묵은 나무들이 하늘이 보이지 않을정도이고 피톤치트가 충만하다. 주변에 즐길거리가 많고 잘츠부르크도 20분이면 가니 많은 한국방문객들에게 권하고 싶은 호텔이다."
