There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue! Close enough to the arena to drive or taxi there, was around 5 miles, and the taxi cost £8. Amazing host, already pre booked another stay."
