"Upon arriving, the check-in staff was awesome. The gentleman who attended to me was great. He stated that the rooms wouldn't be ready until closer to 3 pm, which was very nice about it. He was helpful and the cleaning staff was awesome also, they helped me find what I needed and gave me attention right away "

"The only thing that was confusing was the valet I had to pay 41 for a night and he can’t come outside when he sees a car in the valet area I waited for over 20 mins. There is no signage. The girls in the reception made up for his unprofessionalism. He just didn’t seem to care. "

"The property was new and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Liked that parking was free. A little off the beaten path in downtown Phoenix. Didn't feel comfortable walking from hotel to restaurants and entertainment. Felt safe on property but the surrounding area seemed a bit rough. All and all, would stay here again. "

"The room was well equipped and clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel had everything we needed. They have a great breakfast every morning, free laundry and a nice hot tub. The only suggestion I have it to offer a way for guests to use streaming apps on the televisions. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom were nice but we couldn’t stream any movies or shows. So we were stuck watching the same movies all week. When I come back to Phoenix I will definitely stay here again."
