"Beautiful beach. Very nice accommodations. My wife and I enjoy the area. Had a nice time."

"We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to...

"The management was so friendly and accommodating, and the property was cozy with a spectacular view and deck right on Lake Huron! 5 stars for sure!!"

"This was a wonderful location for our family and dog to stay. The home was beautiful and the beach was lovely as well. It is quite a hike to the beach but there was a handy wagon there for our stay that we used to take things out to the beach. "

"A sweet "Up North" cabin on Tawas Point. Nice woodsy feel and of course the lake and sunrise are wonderful! Very clean and organized."

"Our stay couldn’t have been better. The views are breathtaking, such gorgeous beaches, and the scenic lake. The beach house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. All of us felt at home. It was wonderful to rest and relax in comfort. Highly recommend!"

"The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans - they were a little old but serviceable. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the main road close by. Plenty of grocery stores within a few miles to pick up whatever you need. The beach was a few minutes walk away and nobody was there. Plenty of golf courses within a half hour of the house. The only negative I have is that the tub gets very slippery with the body wash they provide. There is poison ivy in the...

"This is a quaint second floor 2 bedroom unit in a large condo complex with a great lakefront view. Very clean, relative new and well maintained. All of the condo owners we met were seniors just like us. Before we got there, everyone that looked at the picture said it was too far from the water. In reality it was quite the opposite. "We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very peaceful and quiet. Very unique and pleasant surroundings, being right on the creek. We enjoyed hearing the creek at night as we slept, and drinking morning coffee over looking the trout pond. The place is very clean and easy to stay at. The owner is friendly and helpful. Feeding the fish is pretty fun! There are many beautiful places near here to visit and enjoy. We will definitely come back if we are in the area. "

"We had a good time during our stay here. There was a little noise from the road but the cabin is very close to US23 so that is to be expected. Cabin was laid out well, and the beds were comfy and clean. It is a rustic cabin with modern amenities and it fit the bill for our stay.Would definitely consider this location again for future trips up to the East Tawas/Oscoda area. "
