"The apartment is in a good location central to Lisbon. There were a few issues- one that parking along the street infront of the property is only for residents! We were not made aware of this and our car was towed. The apartment is also older and bathroom (especially the shower) is in poor condition with little pressure and needs proper shower door and curtain. This likely requires replacement. The apartment is in a good location but needs to be updated. "

"The apartment was dirty and in a poor state of repair. The bed was uncomfortable, the hardest we’ve ever slept on, with hard lumpy pillows. We had no toilet paper on arrival and despite what sapping the 24 hour help line it took over 24 hours to get toilet paper! However the worst thing about staying was the noise. Not just the traffic noise and trams rattle ing the windows as they passed, but loud thumping music and the noise of the supermarket below the apartment. Awful place, would not...
