Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

Great location in the center of the old city. Right in the market square. Comfortable hotel accommodations. Excellent restaurant for morning breakfast. They provided a fan for our room .

Great hotel in fabulous location with fantastic lake and mountains views. Staff were excellent and amenities were good. Shame for us was that there was major expansion construction work going in directly in front of the hotel and although 'paused' for summer we were not told about any of this until a few days before we arrived. Despite the 'pausing' there was still noise and dust being created directly in front of our room (and almost all other rooms) every day by workers apparently dealing with water leaks in the new construction basement. Dust was an issue as the whole building site was a big dust bowl and dust got everywhere, especially in balcony chair cushions which when shaken released huge clouds of dust and became unusable. This was tolerated for our short stay (we had few alternative options) but we reported this on departure to reception staff who apologised but made no gesture in recognition of the problem. We were disappointed about this as it could have been dealt with more honestly upfront after booking months ago and before we set off to visit and some acknowledgement of the issue reflected in the bill.
