"My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at this great property. Beds were very comfy, place was nice and clean, and had everything we needed, which made us feel like home. From our property deck, we enjoyed the sunset view. Josh was very nice to let us use his boat house, where we enjoyed fishing and relaxing. We're planning to go back to this amazing place! "Exactly what we needed for the gurls family getaway. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There were 8 beds and multiple couches that could have served as a sleeping spot. This is a BIG place that just kept gping on. The pool was wonderful as was the hot tub. Pool was heated which was nice as it was a bit chillier than we had hoped outside, but we really wanted pool time. We had a great stay. "

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was adorable, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive, even late one evening when I had a question. The town of Guntersville was really beautiful and we had some great meals at local restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful A -Frame! "

"Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere."
