"We were very happy with the place. It rained 4 out of the 5 days but can only blame mother nature for that. There was no canoe which we had counted on so we could go fishing. We fished off the pier but was not the same. It advertised as having kayaks and a canoe. That was our only disappointment."

"This is a perfect little cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite part was sitting at the end of the dock in a lawn chair, sipping coffee and enjoying a pastry while taking in the peaceful views of the lake near the Yellow River. Will be back for another stay later on this year. "

"We had plenty of room(s) for relaxing, visiting, game time and cooking/ eating. We never went out to eat because of our offsite family event in downtown Eau Claire, which was only 20 minutes away. We would stay there again. "

"It was as great as advertised! There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Karen was kind and clear about check-in and check-out instructions. The pool and back patio made it tough to want to stay in each day/night instead of enjoying the EC area. Thanks again for the stay!"

"Great house for a family stay. Close proximity to all amenities. Ample outdoor space with fire pit and well stocked firewood. Easy boat rental. Good communicators. Only negative was lack of access to laundry in house (there is a laundromat nearby but not super convenient when on vacation). Overall a positive experience! "

"We canoed daily on the lake and tributaries. Chippewa Falls is a great town that has several local stores to check out.Olson's Ice Cream is not to be missed. Don't forget to check out the white buffalo baby/daddy at Irvine Park (free). And there are several bicycle trails to explore as well. Our hostess and host were available to answer any questions "

"A group of friends and I gathered in this house to have a relaxing weekend getaway. The place was wonderful, beautiful old world charm with all the modern amenities. We reconnected over morning coffee on the deck in the treetops, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a late night chats around the fire pit. We had some good meals based on the host’s recommendations and had a great time wandering around town shopping at the antique mall and the boutiques. Absolutely loved it, thank you for a wonderful...

"Me and my boyfriend wanted a little get away and this resort was perfect it was so peaceful and clean! The cabin we stayed in was adorable. The owners were very kind and helpful. we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!
