"Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and great value. If we had any issues, the staff were quick to fix them. Thank you."

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"Self check-in failed to work. Had to wait for a staff member to do everything again in order to print keycard correctly, what a waste of time. Room stifling hot and windows didn’t open. One window pane appeared to be missing from the two layers which should’ve been present - leading to road noise being very evident throughout the night. Bath and sink drains both blocked and then stank of sewerage soon after. Overall, and appalling place to stay."

"I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless,...

"Had to change room due to faulty electrics. Our original room was the smallest room I've ever seen for a twin. At the end of the day it's an easyhotel so you get what you pay for. Staff lady was very helpful."

"It’s quite far out of the city centre. First day the pool was out of order but then was working. All a bit dated but stay was on the whole good value for money. Breakfast was nice."

The main gripe I had was how scandalous it is to charge almost £10 for parking per day on top of the room fee- it’s off a busy A road, it’s not in a town centre. Will make sure to read the fine print beforehand, wouldn’t book again on this basis."

"Amazing! Me and my fiancée Steph came to stay for one night after having done our food tasting at the Talbooth Restaurant for our wedding. Amazing food, staff were really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast to the room in the morning was a nice touch and having the ability to be driven from place to place with their car was very helpful. The spa was lovely and all round we had a great stay and experience. Would stay again and again!!"
