"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft."

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. "We loved staying here! The cabin was so cute and perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed playing the out door games, and the location was great! The shower house was nice and clean, we like the coffee spot. Next time we hope to stay longer and enjoy a boat rental! Thank you! "

"We rented the cottage for a ski weekend. Overall, we like the location and the cottage itself. We read the prior reviews and brought our own towels. The cottage had good internet, and a TV where we could watch netflix or amazon prime on. Its a cute place, and was very comfortable. "

"The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away."

"We love this place. It’s a tiny house with a great view. We can see the waterfall from our bedroom window and listen to it at our campfire. The hiking trails are fun and a little challenging down to the stream. The cabin is clean, well thought out, and well stocked. I especially liked the s’mores kit. "We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."
