"Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay."

"We were in Gilford to attend a concert and this place was convenient, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the lake. Since it was right on the road there was car noise but not too bad."

"Loved the area we stayed at. Cabin was clean. Wifi included. Nice shower located by cabins. Coffee bar was nice to have. Mattresses could use an upgrade for sleeping a couple nites. Sitting area with fire pit great to hang out . Will have to come back next year!"

"We were looking for a relaxing no frills get away. Views of the lake were perfect. Fire works right across the street. We spent every evening by the fire pit. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling and eating. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing. There is fire pit which was great for S'mores. It is a short walk to the private beach. The water was excellent - we enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming. "

"This is the perfect Lake Winnipesaukee home! The core of the home was built in 1930, from pine trees on the property, and has a rustic/antique feel. Over the years, the owners built up and out, so that this is a large home with many rooms. The beach is soft, wide, and slopes gently—perfect for young children. "We loved our stay here. The owners are nearby if you need anything at all they are super easy to reach. They even rent boats and jet skis if wanted. The house was great, clean, and just as listed. Will be booking again next year! "

"We loved this property and enjoyed our time spent here. It was larger then we expected and the location was top notch. The proximity to the lake and the use of facilities were exemplary. The beach is fantastic and the overall surroundings were majestical. Check in was simple and same goes for check out procedures. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and the overall space was very accommodating. We would defiantly come back here to enjoy another visit!Regards,The Leahys"
