"The host is very attentive and eager for you to enjoy your stay. We liked being in the country. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is very close to a big grocery store. I think this location gives you good access to nearby areas (Serra Mamede for example) well as the points of interest in Portalegre. We really enjoyed the textile museum. Aida provided us with jams, oranges, and croissants for breakfast. It was a nice stay."

"We specially liked the quality of our tent, it was very comfortable and a great experience. Also we liked the pool area although not so big. Little bit less space in the shadow. Restaurant was also good with different menus in the evening. Only few staff members were able to speak English, should be almost a must…"

"Had the most amazing stay at this villa. We loved the location and being able to watch a sunset every night was beautiful. We could not fault this Villa at all. Everything you would want and expect to find was provided. Plenty of places to visit nearby too and some fantastic restaurants to eat at. We would definitely recommend staying here and Teresa the host was available if needed. "

"A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces. "

"Very unique place near (or perhaps in) the old Jewish quarter of Castello da Vide. The drive to get here is along the narrow streets of the town so best to have a mid size car or smaller. The property is neat! You have stairs but it adds tons of charm and character. Kitchen is terrific. Best part would be 1.) proximity to castle and Jewish quarter 2.) views from your window and patio! Worth a visit."
