"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection...

"Everything about the room, staff, restaurant, bar, and happy hour was great. Good news bad news about the parking. The good news is there is lots of parking in the hotel parking and I was able to park for free on the street on Saturday night. The bad news is the paid parking on site is €26 per night and this isn'teven peak season!!! Pretty sure we read that it was cheaper on their site when we were booking."

"The room were very modern. I was very surprised of how nice they looked after walking into the lobby and seeing the added ramp and the 2 worn out chairs I was like oh oh. But after going into the elevator room and getting into our room I was like NICE. Very nice and clean. The only issue is that the shower is a bit too small and when you have the windows open the skunk smell from that type of smoking cones in. So if you staying during the summer I do t know how you get some cool air into the...
