"Nice hotel and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Blue badge parking, disapointing, only 2 places, then there is no lift from the car park, which is directly beneath reception. In stead, you have to walk outside, up and around to enter. Ok when it is dry."

"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"Nice clean & comfortable room, easy check in. Breakfast is definitely the best we have been offered anywhere in the U.K., with a truely extensive offering! Can get a little busy between 8.30 & 10am, so best to get there earlier! Spa is good although definitely over capacity with day guests in the afternoon. The Spa manager needs to put a limit on it instead of thinking about the profit. Fifty minute treatment for £95 was so worth it. Would definitely return for a two to three night break again!"

"A heritage hotel with interesting history as a bank and courthouse, amazing staircase and overlooked by the cathedral, walk to restaurants in city centre. Quiet location but limited metered on street parking. Cosy rooms, comfortable and good quality beds. Cooked breakfast but would have liked to see fresh juices and fruit as healthy alternatives. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is fresh and modern. All aspects of the hotel are warm and inviting. The food is good and there is a lot of variety at breakfast. The room I stayed in was very clean and felt airy as the ceiling was quite high. Parking is easy and convenient, this includes a discount when booked 48 hours on advance. I really do recommend this hotel."
