BBQ restaurant in lobby was very good. Front desk staff was helpful. Free shuttle to downtown Aspen a nice surprise and it was efficient.

Check in was a breeze and the guy on the desk (Tom) gave a lot of useful information after finding out it was our first visit to Aspen.
