"Called prior to check in regarding the swimming pool hours. They implied the staff was just a little late getting the pool opened that morning. I asked, Is it going to be closed for the next 2 days? The answer was “no”. The receptionist was lying. It was closed “for cleaning” for the entire two day stay. When I asked to extend the stay for another night, housekeeping kept disturbing me trying to get into the room. In between slamming the door of the room next door so many times it was mind...

"Great stay! I stayed multiple dates over several weeks due to work training. Great to have a restaurant/bar in the building. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms very clean and updated. Only issue was dealing with the in room coffee makers. It was nice to have an expresso machine in the room but function of the machine varied."

"Rente una habitación con dos camas y cuando llegamos me Dieron un cuarto con una sola cama para 5 personas eso se me hizo injusto pero no tuve otra opción más q alojarme hay en definitiva no vuelvo a hospedarme x irresponsables y la piscina no estaba en servicio fue horrible "

"We did really use the Internet while we were there so i cant say much about that. The room was very clean. The staff was amazing and kind. Couldnt ask for better staff. The air conditioning worked perfect. We slept perfect 👌. I recommend this place for sure. We will stay here again. "

"Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again."

"I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow,...
