"Evidence of great cleaning. Not a whole lot of cookware but enough to get by. Host gave decent information for checking in and checking out but doesn’t respond to questions. Extremely private and gorgeous scenery. WiFi is a bit iffy but it’s not a dead zone. Neither heater is adjustable and one doesn’t work(not much of an issue in the summer). A couple maintenance issues but nothing that really affected the stay. Some board games and books available, and a record player! Couch is cute but...

"A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. All communication, when needed with the team was great.

"A wonderful getaway to the mountains with something for everybody in the family including our fur babies! We prioritize finding places that will accept our dogs, not an easy thing to do, and we are always so appreciative when we are able to bring them with us! We specifically were looking to get out of town as fireworks scare our dogs, and this property provided the perfect retreat for our 4th of July family memories! We had to contact the host on two occasions and they were very quick with...

"The property is great. It is situated closer to neighbors than we expected, but the worst was just some overheard conversations. We greatly appreciated that the kitchen knives were sharp, and the air fryer was a hit with us. We ended up doing almost all our cooking in the air fryer."
