  • Esta casa personalizada ultra hermosa está situada en Alma, la ciudad incorporada más alta de América. A poca distancia de las tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Alma, y a pocos minutos de Breckenridge. El tramo de 16 millas entre Alma y Breckenridge es uno de los más pintorescos de Colorado.

    Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, un altillo para dormir, 3 baños completos, sala de juegos, sala de estar y cocina de concepto abierto, y sala de jacuzzi interior.

    La cocina presenta solo las mejores encimeras de granito, gabinetes a medida con cajones y puertas de cierre suave, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen lavaplatos, estufa a gas y estufa, y un profundo fregadero compuesto. Asientos para 8 en la cocina. Suficiente para una multitud. Ollas, sartenes, sartenes, especias y muchos utensilios de cocina. Todo lo que necesitas para hacer una comida gourmet.
    También tenemos una gran parrilla de carbón al aire libre.

    La sala de estar tiene dos sofás de cuero de gran tamaño y 1 silla y otomana a juego de gran tamaño. Preciosa chimenea de gas con roca de vidrio. Televisor de 55 "con reproductor de DVD y TV por cable.
    Con el concepto abierto de cocina / sala de estar, puede ver su programa favorito mientras cocina su comida favorita.

    Dos habitaciones principales a juego cuentan con camas queen size con ropa de cama ultra lujosa, TV de 32 ", reproductor de DVD, baño completo y puerta corrediza de vidrio al exterior. Puedes observar ciervos, alces, osos u otros animales salvajes desde la comodidad de tu cama. Cada baño principal cuenta con una combinación de bañera / ducha con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia, encimeras de granito y gabinetes personalizados y azulejos en todas partes.

    El cuarto de abajo tiene literas con cama matrimonial y dos camas individuales. Ropa de cama muy cómoda en esta habitación también.

    El altillo tiene una cama queen.

    Game Room tiene una mesa de juego aleatorio y una mesa de futbolín con chimenea de gas, bar y mesa de juego.

    La bañera de hidromasaje interior tiene una gran puerta de apertura para que pueda disfrutar de los elementos exteriores en la comodidad de estar en el interior. La bañera de hidromasaje tiene luces que cambian de color que puede usar mientras disfruta de la cálida felicidad burbujeante.

    Hay 3 televisores que tienen Dish TV vía satélite con canales de películas. Wi-Fi gratis. También tenemos un pack n play para niños pequeños y una trona portátil, así como juguetes y muchas películas. Sin mencionar un sistema de juego de cubo de juego, Sega Genesis y juegos de mesa sin fin.
    También hay humidificadores y ventiladores portátiles para su conveniencia.

    Si puede pensar en una actividad al aire libre, probablemente la encontrará dentro de los 10-20 minutos de la cabina.

    Esta es una hermosa casa para pasar cualquier temporada del año. El acceso es todo el año. La tracción a las 4 ruedas o las cadenas es una necesidad en los meses de invierno. El camino de entrada y los caminos están arados, pero necesitará las cadenas o la tracción en las cuatro ruedas para nieve más profunda después de una tormenta. También puede volverse resbaladizo si la nieve se derrite y se vuelve a congelar. No somos responsables si elige venir a la casa sin el equipo adecuado durante los meses de invierno.
    El estacionamiento solo está disponible en el camino de entrada en este momento.

The place was great! Host was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. Nothing was needed once we arrived. Overall cleanliness was great (might suggest a cobweb sweep but nothing major) neighbors were quiet but they were everywhere. Not a bother just present. Definitely family friendly. Morning coffee on the patio was the best beginning of each day. Would suggest additional seating on patio. Would recommend this place and this host.

Great home for family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation with adult children. Everything was as advertised. The pictures of the home really don't do it justice. Great location.

Ski Trip

The house was lovely had everything we needed. Great communication with owner. You do need a good car to navigate in snow but this was clearly stated in the description so not a surprise. Would stay here again.

Amazing home with wonderful views

The home was perfect for our stay! Easy drive to Breckenridge. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Love that there is a full bath for each bedroom. The hot tub was so nice with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We truly loved our stay!!

Great mountain home for scenery and fun

Our overall experience was positive from start to finish. The view and amenities were as good as advertised. The house was set-up perfectly for a group people, very well stocked, and had lots of options for fun. The limited hot water was the ONLY disappointing feature.

Mountain Trip

This was a nice place. We did not use the game room and bar downstairs. The bunk be was really low and soft. The loft ceiling was very low and the ladder was really steep. However, the remaining spaces were very nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck for morning sun

Great getaway

The house and everything was awesome! Tons of amenities that a lot of other rentals wouldn't have like sleds and board games. It snowed everyday which was beautiful to watch through the big windows and sitting in the hottub, however we didn't realize how fast mountain roads can close! So we had to adjust plans a couple days due to not being able to go north. Just something to keep in mind when booking outside the bigger towns/skiing areas. We had a great trip.

Relaxing stay in Alma

The property is beautiful and true to the photos. The hot tub was super clean. My 9 yr old loved the game room. I'd be uncomfortable with a toddler because of the glass railings although it made the view from the porch that much more beautiful. The location was super convenient but that comes with the noise from the highway but that sort of fades into the background. Views of the stars was spectacular. Lots of thoughtful personal touches and clear instructions. The cleanest rental property I've experienced. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house with a beautiful view

If you are looking for a nice house without the crowds of a tourist town like Breckenridge, then this is the place for you. This was our second stay at this house in the beautiful town of Alma. We wanted to stay here again because we like that Breckenridge is a 25-30 minute drive away and we didn’t want to be very crowded by other visitors. Our host Melissa, was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. The shuffle board, foosball table, and other games made for fun nights after long days of skiing and snowboarding. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub one night after skiing to help heal our muscles from the exhausting day. The views from the upstairs porch and living room are hard to beat, as it looks over the town of Alma and the mountains in the distance. I would recommend anyone that wants a wonderful place to stay in Alma to choose this house.

Beautiful home next to many fantastic hikes!

We had a wonderful experience with this home throughout the entire process!! Very easy to book and check-in. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the views were amazing! The hot tub was awesome as well...love the views and window while sitting in the tub resting our tired muscles. The beds were very, very comfortable, and there was everything you could need for cooking. Tons of spices and oil and also condiments. Not a lot of tupper-ware for storage, but plenty of extra ziplocks so that was great! I was not able to find a pot-holder, so I did buy one and left it there for future users in the second drawer to the left of the sink. :-) I loved how close we were to the trails to hike in Alma, Hoosier Pass, and Breck. The altitude is high, but it's sooooo very worth it! This part of Colorado is glorious! Thank you for an amazing stay!!! We loved our visit to the mountains and can't wait to return!!

This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. They had everything you could need, games, condiments, cooking utensils, toiletries and much more. We loved the hot tub, shuffle board and bar. We will definitely be back.

Holiday Get Away

The place was absolutely gorgeous. You could tell they spent a lot of time and effort into stocking the house for your convenience. The only downside/complaint would be that the road and driveway are very steep and if there is any kind of inclement weather, you will need to have 4WD. Other than that, I can’t complain! I would definitely look at staying here again.

Perfect for or needs.

We loved our stay here. It is a great location and very close to Breckenridge with many beautiful things to see/do in the immediate area We had a couple questions and Melissa was great at getting back to us very quickly. This is a beautiful home and a great set up for a large group. We each had our own space but the main level is a large and comfortable area to all spend time together. The hot tub and game room added a lot of fun to our stay!! The view from the deck is stunning and was a place we all enjoyed spending time very much. We would love to return and stay here again!

Beautiful views

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Open floorplan, fully equipped kitchen, game room was perfect! Really enjoyed the in door/ outdoor hot tub. We enjoyed time on the front porch but wish there was an outdoor fireplace or heater so we could have been out there longer. Overall, was a wonderful home and close and close to everything!
