"Great little getaway location! The house was just the right size and had everything we needed. The wrap around porch was wonderful, however - the temperatures being in the teens and 20’s did not allow us use of it all. We do plan on being back in either the Spring or Fall to enjoy that porch "

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

"Daniel was fantastic! The place was clea,n, cute and great location. This is not a quiet neighborhood but no issues whatsoever. Just know it’s not in a location of its own if you are looking for that. Will definitely stay again!"

I read the listing AND the website- it was fully up front about the property being somewhat off grid.We stopped here briefly on our way back home. It was such a wonderful experience!
