"Deborah from Guest Services was amazingly welcoming. The breakfast crew on 2nd floor are very kind and attentive and accommodating. Their breakfast is delicious! "I just did a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the staff was super accommodating, from valet to check-out. Upon arrival, the young woman who checked me in gave me several choices on my room location (different floors, near the elevator or not, etc.) She was so nice and friendly. I had a little night cap at the bar before heading to my room and had a wonderful time! The bartender (Justin) was so great! He made my night. The burger on the menu surpassed my expectations too! "This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible."
