Rooms are very clean with tasteful decor, Meghan and her team are absolutely fabulous, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. "Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. "The Red is attached to Liverpool lime Street train station for easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historic building close to Royal Albert dock and the Cavern Club. Lots of great restaurants close by, souvenir stores are plenty and the mall is just across the street. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff are extremely helpful. This was our second year in a row staying at the Radisson Red, if I ever get back to Liverpool, I will definitely choose the red again."

"The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount).
