High quality 1 1/2 room apt. with lake view and large terrace!

Cozy, very high quality, approx. 65 m² apartment on the top floor of a 2-storey new building with a large living / dining room, separate sleeping area, fitted kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer), bathroom with shower and toilet and great, approx. 35 m² roof terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the Alps (partial lake view).

The light-flooded apartment is equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating and electric shutters.

There is a separate parking space, washing machine and dryer (for shared use). Free WiFi is available, towels and bed linen are of course provided. There is Smart TV (Waipu) with an excellent picture and many programs. The apartment is barrier-free and can also be reached by elevator.

Located near the beach (300 m), not far from the train station (950 m) at the end of the village towards Constance. Bus stop 100 m, bike path Radolfzell-Konstanz 50 m.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: The municipality of Allensbach charges a visitor's tax of € 2.00 per calendar day per person aged 15 and over from April 1st to October 31st. You will receive the Bodenseecard, which you can use to B. free travel by bus and train throughout the district (!) and have many discounts and free entry. Wir haben uns in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die große uneinsehbare Dachterrasse ist das Schmankerl, das die Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war insgesamt eine schöne und der Beschreibung entsprechende Unterkunft. Nicht so schön war, dass nach einer Woche ein frischer Satz Handtücher erst nach Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Trockentücher gab es in der Ferienwohnung nicht. Ferner bestanden die Oberbetten aus dicken Daunendecken, die bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen nicht angebracht waren.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, von der aus alles zu erreichen war. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief freundlich und problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Anmerkung: Warum das Bett mit der einen langen Seite an der Wand steht hat sich uns nicht ganz erschlossen und sich dann auch als sehr unpraktisch herausgestellt!!

Appartamento molto confortevole, posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla, accedibile sia con le scale che con l'ascensore. Dotato di ogni comfort e molto pulito. Logisticamente è un buon punto di partenza per visitare varie località nel Bodensee. Necessaria l'automobile per gli spostamenti anche per il supermarket (ve ne sono diversi). Unico piccolo neo, l'utilizzo di lavatrice ed asciugatrice in comune che non sempre sono utilizzabili di sera. Per il resto ineccepibile. Leggermente più complicata del dovuto la comunicazione anche se immediata al contatto, in quanto possibile solo per iscritto utilizzando sistemi di traduzione automatica per l'utilizzo esclusivo della lingua tedesca.

Der Urlaub war genau wie erwartet. Wir haben täglich Ausflüge gemacht (Vaduz, Konstanz, Zürich). Allensbach ist auch einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang wert. Auch das Strandbad war nicht überrannt. Wer einen Ausflug und/oder eine Reise an den Bodensee plant ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Sehr sehr gut ausgestattete moderne helle Wohnung. Eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Absolut alles vorhanden. Tolle Dachterrasse. Nur leider ein zu kleines Bett, dass auch noch bündig an der Wand steht. Sonst lässt diese FeWo keinen Wunsch offen.

Wir durften die letzten 7 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen. Von Anfang an lief die Kommunikation zwischen den Vermietern problemlos. Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Alles machte einen neuwertigen Eindruck und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können die Wohnung mit besten Gewissen weiter empfehlen . Lg. Fam. Zimmermann

This holiday flat is perfect for a couple wanting to spend a few quiet days at Lake Constance. It has everything you could want in a holiday flat: all the pots and pans you might need, super electric blinds, comfy bed and--best of all--a fabulous balcony. Within walking distance to town and the lakeshore, too. The hosts were in touch by email and were very helpful in their correspondence. Can highly recommend this place and we look forward to visiting the area again!

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - uns fehlte nur eine Kaffeemaschine. Eine Senseo war vorhanden. Allensbach ist nicht so überlaufen wie andere Orte am Bodensee. Allerdings sind die Möglichkeiten gut essen zu gehen dadurch auch begrenzter. Die Insel Reichenau ist mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar und sehr sehenswert. Das gleiche gilt für die Insel Mainau.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und man findet bereits alles vor, was man benötigt. Badezimmer und Wohnraum sind neuwertig, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auf der Dachterrasse befinden sich bequeme Gartenmöbel, vor dem Haus gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz für das Auto. Check-in war auch unkompliziert, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief super. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
