"Picture of the bedroom was not as depicted in the ad, big gap under door entrance to the room, box spring mattress missing lowering the bed extremely low, shower curtain fell down even before I got a chance to use it should be anchored on both sides. Positives were the hvac was great, the bathroom nice and very easy to access with a code."

"Loved the property and the location! I gave only 4 stars because of the room, I messaged the owner about a few things I thought needed improvement. Otherwise, it had everything I needed. The pic is from the 1st floor balcony :)"

"Property was the only one in town with 4 or 5 trash cans left on the sidewalk and remains of garbage in front and on sides of building.Lobby and hallways were clean. Room itself needed A LOT of help. Broken picture and trash stashed under the bed. Hangers where picture had hung on the wall exposed, same with mirror that was on the bathroom door, now propped up against the wall. "This was a 2 room apartment. It was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom. We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! We were very impressed with this lovely place. Super quiet, 2nd floor porch/balcony with...
