"Cottage is rustic & charming. Nicely decorated with original paintings. Is stocked with everything you may need. Comfy bed. We sat outside on the porch drinking coffee in the morning while viewing the lake. 10 Minute drive to Letchworth was perfect. Host left a flyer from Daryl's Pizzeria which we ended up ordering from. Food there was great too! Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place near hiking areas. "

"Our treehouse stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to kick off summer for our family. Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. Being right on the Genesee River and White Creek gave us the chance to explore the shoreline, our 8 year old son loved...

"We can’t wait to go back to this place again next year!! This beautiful place was well stocked and has so many amenities!! The decor is amazing and their huge binder with things to do in the area was so organized and well thought out. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants beauty, peace, serenity, etc., etc. Thank you, Peggy and Bob for being great hosts and sharing your beautiful place."

"The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy when we got there. Any questions that I had were replied to in a timely manner by Ellis. Our family had a wonderful time!"

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay this past weekend. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everyday needs. We were allowed to use the shower in the barn, which was a great surprise. Overall we were very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and hospitality of the ranch staff. Highly recommend!!"

"My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...
