"This is the most relaxing place. We loved the quiet area and the gazebo and the fountain. If you want a retreat to relax, this is the place to come. A lot to do in the surrounding areas. I want to come back in the fall."

"Beautiful, cozy and clean. So peaceful and nice place to reflect and decompress. Beautifully decorated and just felt so relaxed and at home here. Very safe feeling too. Wifi was great (I had to work and had no issues). We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed watching the geese and other wildlife each day. Hope to make it a regular trip. "

"The Holiday Hutt has it all! It was the perfect space for a large group and was meticulously planned out. Very spacious, yet cozy feel. Clean and organized. The gathering area was so fun to hang out in. We spent each night cooking dinner, watching sports and playing games, all together in one open space. The kitchen has every cooking essential/appliance you could ask for, it's beautiful and functional. The layout of the bedrooms were key in making this stay comfortable and easy. We loved how the...

"This is one of our favorite properties! We have been to the cabin several times and love the location with the river in the backyard, no matter what the season. The home is well appointed with everything you need and there are also fun activities in the area. We love to rent a boat at Dale Hollow and visit the K&S Lavender Farm when we are there."

"The location is secluded and very cozy. Great WIFI for our grandson!! The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. We were not too far away from town which had a couple FABULOUS restaurants: Los Agave's, very authentic Mexican food with a lovely staff and Sapori di Napoli, as "foodies" we did not expect such an upscale Italian Restaurant in such a small town!! We would travel to Monterey to eat at either restaurant again!!"

"Great location and convenient to Sunset Marina. The host did a great job of supplying household items needed for a trip. The place was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a beautiful view of mountians and lake, i suggest giving this place a try."

"We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with....

"We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability."

"We came over Labor Day weekend. We wanted to just spend time on the river, so that was the perfect. The only thing that was a little difficult for us was were used to sleeping in the same bed and the biggest bed that they had was a full-size with a twin bunk over the top and then they had twin beds up in the loft so myself, and my dog slept in the full size, and my husband went up to the loft and slept in a twin bed.
