"The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"Clean room, great bar and restaurant. Also, directly across from mall and tube. To note, the steak house is no longer on property, even though the website says it is."

"Lovely clean room very surprised about how much it was i felt like i could of paid more would come back"

"Lovely hotel, warm and welcoming staff and very well located with a very short walk to Stratford Station. Perfect for our O2 event."

"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

I did make the .mistake of not realizing there were shared toilets & shower/bath facilities with other rooms which I would not have originally chosen on booking. The room was generally ok. There were drafts coming from the windows however, we had to ask for more towels, the cups for tea definitely needed to...

"Awesome!"
