"The hotel is going through updating, the swimming pool was ok, the room was very dated, the bath panel was broken but all we wanted was a bed for 1 night. When we left one if the updated rooms was open and I must say they looked beautiful. When this hotel is finished I'm quite sure it will be of good standard."

"Check in was no frills. We arrived half an hour before check in and was offered a room but for an extra fee. I accidentally booked the room for one person so had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast which was fair enough but on check out an additional £10 for the extra person which I thought was unfair."

"This is a great value for money budget hotel and was ideal for a one night stopover. The room is small, but has enough room to hang a few clothes, place a small bag and has a small desk and chair to work from. It was modern and clean with a comfy bed and TV. Unfortunately the screen cast feature wasn't working on the TV, but otherwise the USB charging points and several sockets were great.Air con was very effective on a warm night. "The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!"
