"The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options."

"The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though."

"Me encantó el lugar y la ubicación. Puedes recorrer el centro histórico caminando, también hay una parada de guagua en frente y una de taxi cruzando la plaza."

"Clean room"

"Limpio, tranquilo, centrico y con opciones de comida dentro del hotel"

"Needs some improvement with customer service, checking-In was not clear after downloading our passports to the hotel portal, the receptionist without checking the computer was asking for IDs."

"The first thing to take into account that this is utility accommodation which may not suit everyone. It is on a room only basis, and is not en suite. However, if that meets your needs, then it is fine. I used it essentially as a base and it suited me fine."

"The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."

"Totalmente recomendable muy limpio todo el personal genial y céntrico "

"Relación calidad aceptable"

"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

"Grande chambre avec bureau au rez de chauds"

"El entorno del hotel daba pie a la entrada de insectos, me refiero, los edificios aledaños estaban abandonados, y con mala imagen. Para dormir está bastante bien."
